So what happens when I join?

We thought you’d never ask!! As soon as you secure your spot you will be emailed all the details for the five-day workshop and calls. 24-hours before the intensive starts you'll by emailed a link to join the private group.

What’s the training look like?

There are no prerequisites in terms of physical abilities to attend. You will need access to a gym, or equipment. There are three programmed days focusing on building your pull up, push up, and improving your squat. Each day is recorded and comes with a written program to follow.

Do I need access to equipment?

You need to have access to a gym or equipment. You'll need: a pull-up bar, a chair/bench or box, a wall, and floor space.

I have an injury. Can I still do the training?

It depends on what injury you have. If it’s an acute injury that you are in “active” treatment for, then no. This training intensive is for women who are currently training, have access to a gym or equipment, and don’t have an injury. If you don’t have an acute injury, then you can do the training. Always consult your practitioner (therapist) or doctor before starting a new training program.

How much time will I need to commit to the 5-day training workshop?

There are three live calls, and three recorded training sessions, over the five-days. Each live call is 60-minutes, and your training sessions are between 45-60 minutes. So, all up between 6-8 hours. You have access to all course material and recordings for 7-days after the intensive ends.

What happens if I can’t make the live calls?

If you cannot make the LIVE sessions a recording will be posted in the private group on the day of the call. Access to all course material and recordings for 7-days after the workshop ends

How is my payment processed?

It is a once-off payment. Your payment will be processed through STRIPE, a secure payment page. You can pay with a credit card or debit card. A receipt will be emailed to you after payment.

Are there any extra fees or subscriptions?

No Way! This is a set one-time fee that you pay for the intensive.

What support is available?

A Lot! You have three LIVE calls with Amy over the 5-days, plus a bonus Q+A call. You have access to a private group (not Facebook!) to meet like-minded Warriors and ask questions. Pop your questions in our private community!

What happens if I don’t live in Canada?

No problem. Over the last 2-years, we’ve had woman in warrior school and do workshops from the UK, Australia, United States, Europe, and Canada. Our call times are designed so that we can accommodate most time zones.
